Plot: Yeon-du asks her best friend Bora to collect all the information she can about Baek Hyun-jin while she is away in the U.S. for heart surgery. Bora decides to get close to Baek’s best friend, Pung Woon-ho first. However, Bora’s clumsy plan unfolds in an unexpected direction. In 1999, a year before the new century, Bora, who turns seventeen, falls into the fever of first love.

My sincere response to the film????
The movie had a retro vibe to eat, it was nostalgic, romantic and most importantly, was driven by friendship. I enjoyed every bit of the typical storyline (although it seemed predictable at first… It wasn’t so predictable.) While watching the movie, I was able to reminisce back on the school days???? full of fun and exuberance!

The casting was superb! I’m not really a fan of watching an actor (Character) grow up, and then become another actor (playing the same character) because both actors usually put up different performances. However, watching this was different, both actors succefully played that one character and it was believable.

I highly recommend this film for those who are ready for a subtle adventure!
