Sound COMPLETELY MISSING. Closed Caption shows a Narrator speaking but there is NO Sound.

I had no idea the sound for the narrator was missing until I switched to a TV where the Closed Caption was turned on. The Closed Caption shows there is supposed to be someone speaking – but it is completely missing.

BOTCHED sound from people being interviewed…. Those that created this may want to WATCH it and realize it is messed up!!!!

I tried to watch it on TUBI… NO SOUND for Narrator. Only sound were from those that were interviewed.
