Super character study and glimpse into how writers write
This is a really wonderful movie. It is a fabulous character study of the three main characters. The music is fabulous. The acting is wonderful. The comedy is exquisite! Also, the emotions are very real and well presented.

This is also, in part, a movie about creativity and what goes into it, behind the scenes. The two main characters are very creative (in this case, writers) and one of them is seemingly nutty as a fruitcake, while the other is quite sane and grounded. If you’re interested in another movie about an artist finding her (or his) true voice, check out “Never Look Away” (German title “Werk Ohne Auteur.”)
