Fun and entertaining, but felt a little long.
It was very well directed, and the dark-comedy satirical writing hit some good notes by actress turned newb writer and director Quinn Shephard. Although the pacing was decent, the 100 min runtime could’ve used some tweaking to cut out at least 10 mins. Casting and performances were all great, but the standout performance goes to the lovely Zoey Deutch, who stole every scene she was in. It’s a fun and funny one-time watch with some actual laugh out loud moments, and a few heart-wrenching ones, when the power of social media seriously affects peoples lives. It gets a heart and seven thumbs-up emojis from me.

Yes, I am aware that TikTok and similar social media tools are new age media.

No, I don’t hate Social Media celebrities, even I find it weird that people who hate them…

But this movie is so bad.

How did it get such high scores? Of course, thanks to the fanbase of actors and actresses.

The tonal transition between the first and second half of the movie is very bad.

There are incessant CUT errors in the movie.

The characters in the movie are very plastic, weird, most of these actors and actresses are active social media users.

The drama in the second half doesn’t even make sense because of the overlapping mistakes in the first half.

Those who hate Netflix movies repent when they see Disney+ movies.
