In the end, TJ and the gang, with the help from the other students, Principal Prickly, Ms. Finster and the other teachers, destroy the laser, Benedict and his henchmen are arrested, and the kids (TJ’s buddies) decide to spend their Summer with TJ..

Very dumb and very fun
This film is what people think of when they think of Saturday morning cartoons: Kids saving the day in a contrived world devoid of logic. The playing field is the familiar school, the heroes are the plucky students and the adults are either incompetent or malicious. Yet it’s still great fun to follow. All the characters have unique personalities and the settings and action scenes are imaginative. Every scene has significance within the plot. There is a mystery to unravel and an interesting backstory. Overall, a fun watch.
