This is a complex movie – the character development is wonderful and reminds us that we don’t always know all of the answers even if we believe we know what is best – just as things don’t stay fixed and we have to keep coming back to them. The cinematography is captivating, the director Bo Bartlett, brought his years as a painter to the camera, and the scenes invoke his paintings.
