A promising romance ruined by the writing
This could have been a better romance than the typical but unfortunately the fan service parallels between the story and P&P are completely undermined by being wrapped around the the worst adaptation of P&P I have ever seen. Apparently the writer(s) thought they could write better than Jane Austen, and unfortunately they have nothing to offer there.

Amidst the popular “strong, independent woman” midset today, this modern-day P&P shows otherwise that inner beauty is strength and integrity is independence from being a people-pleaser. Dream big. Work hard. Be kind. And maintain character and integrity.

Simple yet wholesome story, nice twists with fun laughs. Wonderful acting, especially Lexi and David. Clean and family-friendly.
