New filmmakers….pretty good job! I will be watching for what they do next.
I’m not usually a fan of monster movies, but I was intrigued by the story of Mount Adams and think the film makers did a pretty good job for being fairly new to movie making! And I’ve found myself interested in a bit more of the history of Mount Adams after watching this. A movie that can make you interested in learning a bit more has done its job! I’m surprised by many of the reviews and embarrassed for those who are just mean and rude. Personally, I appreciated this movie for being different than the vast majority that use violence, or sexuality, or non-stop action with very little else to create a storyline. The filmmakers clearly attempted to capture some beautiful scenes and use creativity with their project. It’s a little quirky, but that makes it fun! There is obviously a lot of raw talent with those involved and room for growth in their skills, and I’m looking forward to seeing where the cast and filmmakers go after this. I fully expect to see a few of them going on to be in some impressive roles or make some impressive movies. I, for one, will be watching to see!

Good thriller
This is a well made thriller, very watchable, and good job by cast and crew. The slow build to the inevitable pay off is all done well, and music and photography is excellent. A group of explorers go on a forbidden mountain and chaos ensues. There are some plot points that fall off and disappear, but overall a very solid effort from a first time feature director. Wonder if they’re considering a sequel.
