But their pastoral and stress-free life is interrupted when a pack of wolves sets up camp in the nearby ravine. In accordance with ancient traditions, the retiring pack leader Magra announces that his future successor must prove his right to lead by vanquishing his rivals. When the powerful and blood-thirsty Ragear steps forward, the only wolf brave enough to challenge him is Grey, the pack’s favorite, but a hopeless goof ball. To become a leader and win back Bianca’s love, Grey goes off into the woods, where he discovers a camp of Gypsy rabbits. The fortune-teller rabbit Mami gives him a magical “transmutation potion.” Grey drinks the potion and goes back to the wolves’ den, but finds out upon arrival that he has been transformed into… a ram!.

A cute and very funny movie
Obviously targeted for kids. This film is not scary at all – even though wolves are half of the characters portrayed in the film, they are portrayed as fundamentally good-natured and nice. A cute and very funny movie. The message is good and the plot is a lot of fun. It’s simple, but it manages to keep the interest of anyone watching, children or adults. You can watch the movie as a family, just as Pixar movies. The animation is good and the dialogue is pretty funny. The characters are cute, as well as easy to relate to. This film helps teach kids not to be afraid, trust each other and reach their goals. Sweet, relatable, family film that transcends age groups and reaches out to everyone.

A solid, super-duper fun movie!
Gray’s character is one of the cutest and cheerful things I’ve ever seen. The plot was about fifty times more entertaining than I expected it to be! I think this movie is absolutely great for kids of any age, but the charm with which characters are pictured in the film will surely grab the attention of any adult viewer. All of this, and more, is present in this great family movie! I’m sure one day we will watch it again at least once, and probably get the DVD as well.
