Félix, an Iberian lynx with so much bad luck (the main reason for whose he believes he’s an endangered species) who is the leader of a strange group of animals tries to face Newmann intentions and free the captured species..
Plot: An eccentric millionaire becomes obsessed with the idea of constructing a new Noah’s Ark. He hires a hunter to kidnap untoward numbers of animals to make this happen. The group of animals amid their valiant attempt to escape from the hunter’s clutches, foil his nefarious plans, and free their captured friends.

Nice animated Story
This is a good animation movie. The characters are well done, the animation works fine and is also well illuminated. The humans characters design are similar to others we had seen in other movies, but well animated. Lot of action, and nice scenes. In the original version (Spanish) the jokes were OK, not the usual easy humor for kids, so isn’t boring for adults. And the most important thing is the Story. Remember you about the imprisioned animals (like in Madagascar) and presents you a wild cat, the Spanish Lynx: Pardel or Iberian Lynx, which is a endangered animal.

For all these reasons I will recommend to everyone this movie, not a must see but a nice animated Story to watch with the kids or with everyone who loves animals.

The Least Impressive Animated Feature I’ve Seen In A Long Time
Ripping off the biblical story of Noah and the Ark, “The Missing Lynx” tells the tale of a group of animals trying to outwit a rich man named Noah and the hunter he hires to capture them and put them on a huge ship to save their species from extinction. Essentially, this was lacking on virtually every front. The animation of the characters was of poor quality by today’s standards, the story itself failed to hold either my attention or my 6 year old daughter’s (she was sound asleep long before it was over and I was asleep on and off throughout) and it was almost completely lacking in what I would think is essential in any children’s movie – charm. The characters aren’t at all memorable, and also unlike virtually every other children’s movie, there are absolutely no memorable musical pieces. It doesn’t come close to rivalling any of the animated features that have become so common in recent years.
